A couple of weeks ago I spent a few days in Florida and went one afternoon down the Homosassa River. The weather was very nice, warm with no humidity and even thought at this time of year wildlife is at a much slower pace there is always some kind of action here. Soon the Manatees will be coming in from the Gulf of Mexico to winter in the warm spring waters of the Homosassa and Crystal Rivers.
